Second doggie photo shoot in the month of July. I had some great helpers this time and we was able to photograph all 19 dogs in just over an hour. This was so good because it was boiling hot out. Note to self: do not schedule outdoor dog photo shoots at 12pm on a 95 degree day. lol
On our way through Vineland, we cut down a side road while looking for a tower we saw in the distance. Found these pink trees instead. Loved how the looked and the gazebo in the background so we had to stop for a quick photo.
The New Jersey Home for the Education and Care of Feeble-minded Children established in 1888 and was the 3rd facility in the US to be built of its kind.
The west campus located on Almond Road in Vineland, NJ was closed in 1996 and all residents were moved to the east campus located on East Landis Avenue.
*Fun Fact* The first care facility for the mentally disabled in the US was the Walter E. Fernald State School, established in 1848.

Unforgettably the nice security guide told us we were not allow inside any of the buildings. She did look the other way when we drove around the campus taking our photos. At least there is good security so no one vandalizes the buildings.
Little Patience was such a doll. She slept pretty well for her session. Didn't like to lay on her belly or to be naked so we went with using her favorite blankie and for some simple wraps.
Please no screen capping. Thank you.
Had to take these photos out of my achieves. I shot this set of images in 2013 at the New Egypt Auction, which is a collection of old army barracks that were moved and converted to a flea market. Some of these image are also from when I visited this location back in 2010.
I am currently lost in my obsession with Pretty Little Lairs the Television show so
when I found this set of images I thought it was perfect to post.
I am Lizabeth Carl, photographer and owner of Lizabeth Carl Photography. I am 30 years old and have lived in South Jersey my whole life. I was also probably born in the wrong generation because I am hippie at heart.
