Friends of the family who gave me the privilege of taking a formal portrait for them.
We lucked out with a beautiful 65 degree fall day after rescheduling their session from two weekends prior when it was only 40 degrees out. Another day trip from last year.
Alloway, NJ has is a beautiful small town for history. Wish I could have seen it at it's best. When we walked through town there wasn't much going on, but we gets some nice photos from this trip. One of my favorite clients came in before Christmas to have indoor winter portraits taken for their x-mas cards. Little guy wasn't feeling well, but managed to make it through the session without a meltdown. What do you do to get a 2 year old to sit still. lol
Apple to the rescue. Just about a year ago we made the trip to the shore thinking we would find something neat to take photos of and we found it. First stop was what looks like a type of silo being engulfed by nature. Next was the beach and lighthouse. We walked around the the nature preserve area and finally braved the steep walk up to the top of the lighthouse. Can't make a day trip with one or in this case two photos of my dad.
He hates it when I take his photo and I LOVE it! First kitties of the new year! Eleven fuzzy friends needed new head shots this month. ~ Featured Feline ~ Mr. Fluff
He is an orange and white domestic long hair/mix cat who loves to cuddle. At 3 years old he still has many years to show his forever family lots of love. Mr. Fluff is a big guy, but is really just a fluffy ball of joy. http://www.aacnj.org/adoptable-cats/ |
