This old house must have been gorgeous before it fell into disrepair.
I love the octagonal tower on the right side of the house.
"This is the Adams House. Lewis Adams, born in 1864 married Olive Verginia Cale (1867), daughter of Captain John Cale in 1893. He built this home in the 1890's where the family lived for 25 years. He was the schoolmaster at the Lower Bank school."
They don't make houses like this anymore.
So many windows.
So much character.
